Honesty and Integrity being the #1 goal! We will not SEND you and Imperial Shih Tzu that ends up weighing 12 lbs.  We are very careful in the placement of our puppies and go to great lengths to make sure that each Imperial Shih Tzu or Teacup Shih Tzu is going to stay small,  If for any reason we think the puppy will be bigger we will let you know and give you a choice. Matching the perfect puppy with the right family is as important to us as it should be to you. This can be said for our Shorkie puppies too.  We also need you to be honest with us and let us know what is is you are looking for and all about your family so we can do our job well.

There is nothing you cannot ask us or talk to us about. We treat you as if you are family and we do care.  After all you are adopting one of our babies!!! We have made many friends on our journey and we are blessed to have them in our lives. If there is anything you are ever concerned about or

5 year Health Warranty

Each and every Imperial, Tiny, Teacup Shih tzu and or Shorkie puppy comes with a 5 yr health warranty for heart, kidney, liver,hips and eyes.

That is our commitment to our puppy parents. It is as simple as that.

We believe that when people are charging high prices for a new family member then it should be more that just the Shih tzu puppy or Shorkie puppy. We believe that included in our price should be a protection of sorts for our puppy parents to assure our puppy parents that they can adopt a puppy from us with the confidence of knowing we are still there for them long after their Imperial Shih Tzu or Shorkie goes home.  We believe by standing behind our puppies for 5 yrs and provifing  genetic testing that constitutes that our  our breeding parents are BREEDING quailty... We can set the example in the hopes that other breeders will start to give longer health warranty's too.

 Breeding Rights

We do not for any reason provide breeding rights on our Shih Tzu and Shorkie puppies

All of our puppies are sold on a very strict neuter spay contract. We will not have any of our puppies ending up in a puppy mill situation or with a breeder that only is in breeding for all the wrong reasons.

If you are a breeder .. please do not take offence to this... It is just a personal preference we have to place all our Shorkie puppies and Imperial Shih Tzu puppies in pet homes only.

For most breeders that have been around long enough .I am sure You too, have witnessed  the quality of the Shih Tzu breed and Imperial Shih Tzu breed deteriorate severely over the last 10 yrs.  Due to the lack of caring in what breeders are producing and reproducing.  We will in now way be a part of that. Shih Tzu Stud males bounced from one breeder to another, moms retired but yet resold as a breeding female  to be bred yet again for a few more litters. I want my dogs to go to one home and one home only.

I feel it is of the utmost importance for me to place all my puppies in pet homes where they will be loved and cared for and spoiled rotten for years to come with out the worry of them being bounced around when the breeder is done with them.  This also ensures that there are also no offspring produced from my babies that may encounter the same hard life of being passed around.
